Whakapono 22 hitting Totara Park today

When you want the weather to be on your side so that everyone gets a day out of class. Well we got our wish and OUT we went today and hit Totara Park for our annual Whanau Day Out... A huge thanks to Mr Vasau for allowing us to go, also Whaea Lois for organising our day and our many awesome teachers who supported, laughed, swam and ate with us all day long...

Here are a few snippets of us while we were out today. I want to say another HUGE thanks to Miss King (Jaydene's mum) and Mr Meleisea (Isaiah dad) who were our helpers... Without whanau support we wouldn't be able to attend our haerenga... Nga Mihi aroha ki a ratou.

To our many whanau who joined us there also a BIG thank you!!!

When the sun was with us?
 Boys all ready to go
 Girls getting ready too
 Wallen having a munch
Blake and Azlyn getting into line
 Pool shot

 Walk up to the park

Fun with our Whakapono team...

What a cool day indeed.

  1. It was a great day and I know that all the kids enjoyed themselves. Thank you all for another successful whanau get together.

  2. Hi Buddy Class! We saw your blog about Totara Park and we found it really interesting (using really big words). You look like you had a lot of fun! Maybe next year you could show up where the big playground is. Can't wait to see you this afternoon! From Aroha 7 xx
