Lockdown Drill to Matariki Feast

Today we had a drill to see what needs to happen when we are forced into lockdown. It can be terrifying knowing that someone has decided to put us in danger... This drill is to prepare us for when that actually happens... I am happy to say that we made sure we were all safe in W22.

Under desks and keep quiet
 Keep still, keep quiet
Assembly point altogether
Then we moved back to class and prepared ourselves for our Matariki Feast with Aroha 7... We had a BANQUET indeed, pizza, sandwiches, rolls, sausage rolls, cheerio sausages, carrot and cucumber slices with dip. Absolutely DELICIOUS...
Just before we ate...

Blake and our Aroha 7 buddies

Micah, Roslyn, Talitha, Dakotah and Jaydene
Jesse with our W17 boys who were our guests today too
Miss Murray with a future Rowandale student
Miss Murray, Whaea Pearl, Ryan and his baby brother Kyzah

Thank You whanau for the support of our day we appreciated it indeed...
Remember we finish for our term 2 holidays at 3pm today. We begin back on Monday 23rd July, 2018 at 8.55am - see you then!
